製品説明

When automotive manufacturers and automotive parts suppliers need high performance aluminum die-cast components that meet the industry’s rules for strength, weight and precision, Difon Machinery Co., Ltd. is a trusted aluminum die-casting plant that specializes in automotive parts. Our range of die-cast products for the automotive sector includes key components like engine mounts, transmission housings, wheel hubs and sensor brackets—each made through a refined aluminum die-casting method that fits the unique needs of modern vehicles, whether they use gasoline, are hybrid or fully electric. If you choose to purchase your automotive aluminum die-cast parts from Difon, you gain a partner that understands how urgent automotive production cycles are, how important steady quality is and how critical it is for components to improve vehicle efficiency and safety.

The automotive industry is moving to lighter, more fuel-efficient and durable vehicles, and this makes aluminum die-casting a top choice for making key parts. At Difon, we’ve tweaked our process to meet these new needs. Our plant is different from regular die-casting shops we focus on the specific needs of automotive components. Engine mounts must handle constant vibration and high temperatures without bending transmission housings need tight seals to stop fluid leaks and stay strong under torque. We solve these problems with advanced equipment auto-specific material knowledge and strict quality control so every part fits your assembly line well and holds up reliably for the vehicle’s whole life. This focus on auto-specific performance really stands out from suppliers that serve many industries and lack deep knowledge of automotive standards.

A key part of our work at Difon’s aluminum die-casting plant is working closely with your engineering team during the pre-production phase. We optimize your automotive parts designs to fit the die-casting process perfectly. Many automotive part designs start with performance goals in mind, but not always with ease of manufacturing as a focus—and that’s where our expertise adds value.Take this for example you’re working on a new electric vehicle battery bracket we’ll check your design and propose tweaks to cut material waste but keep the necessary load-bearing strength. This could mean adding fillets to stress points to stop cracks during casting or adjusting the gate position to make sure molten aluminum flows evenly through the mold no small holes left behind.

Automotive Parts

We use 3D modeling software to simulate the casting process before creating a physical mold, allowing us to find and fix potential issues—like air traps or uneven cooling—early on. This collaborative design stage speeds up later production and helps you avoid expensive reworks that’s a major plus for the fast-paced automotive industry where delays can mess up entire production schedules.

Mold development is another area where our focus on automotive precision really shines. Our aluminum die-casting plant makes molds from high-grade H13 hot-work tool steel we pick this material because it can stand up to the repeated high temperatures up to 700°C and pressures of aluminum die-casting keeping the mold’s shape and precision through thousands of cycles.

This sturdiness is key for automotive production large batches need consistent mold performance to keep parts from varying. Our mold makers use CAM tools to machine mold cavities with tolerances as tight as ±0.02mm. This matters a lot for parts like sensor brackets they need to line up perfectly with other vehicle components to make sure data transmits accurately.

We run a set of test casts with the new mold making 50 to 100 samples before kicking off full-scale production. We inspect these samples to make sure their dimensions are right and structure is solid. We only switch to mass production once these samples meet both your specs and automotive industry standards like ISO/TS 16949. This tough mold testing step makes sure once production gets going we can keep steady output without cutting quality.

Choosing the right aluminum alloy is key to making automotive parts that meet performance and safety requirements. At Difon, we select alloys based on the specific job each component does. The table below shows the most common alloys we use for automotive die-cast parts and their key benefits:

Aluminum Alloy Used

Key Advantages for Automotive Applications

A380

High tensile strength (minimum 210 MPa) to resist vibration; easy to cast into complex shapes; good machinability for precise mounting points

ADC12

Strong wear resistance for parts near moving components; high thermal conductivity to spread heat; cost-effective for high-volume production

A356

Lightweight (30% lighter than steel) to boost EV range; high fatigue strength to handle long-term battery weight; excellent corrosion resistance

A356 + T6 Heat Treatment

Better strength after heat treatment; good impact resistance to handle road shocks; consistent dimensional stability in different temperatures

When the mold is ready and the alloy is selected, we move to the die-casting phase—where our modern cold chamber die-casting machines are the main equipment. Our aluminum die-casting plant has machines with clamping forces from 300 to 1500 tons, allowing us to make everything from small sensor brackets (weighing just 50 grams) to large transmission housings (over 5 kilograms). The process starts by melting the aluminum alloy in a gas crucible. We keep a close eye on the temperature to hold it between 650°C and 700°C this keeps the alloy flowing smoothly without oxidizing which would cause defects. The molten aluminum then moves to the machine’s shot sleeve where a hydraulic piston pushes it into the mold cavity at pressures from 1500 to 3000 bar.

This high pressure is key for automotive parts it forces the aluminum into every detail of the mold—small bolt holes or intricate strength ribs included—and gets rid of air pockets that could weaken the part. Our operators use digital control panels to monitor pressure temperature and injection speed in real time. They make small tweaks to keep all parts consistent.

Automotive Parts

After casting each automotive part goes through several secondary processes to get ready for assembly.First we use precise hydraulic trimmers to cut off extra material known as flash. This step matters a lot for parts like transmission housings even small flashes could stop proper sealing. Then we use CNC to machine key surfaces and features—we’ll bore precise holes in wheel hubs for a tight axle fit or mill flat mounting surfaces on engine brackets to keep them securely attached to the engine block.

We also offer various surface treatments right for automotive use: E-coat, powder coating, scratch-resistant finishes, chromate conversion coating and more for parts that need painting later. We handle all these secondary processes in-house at our aluminum die-casting plant. This lets us control quality at every step and skip delays from hiring outside vendors.

Quality control runs through every stage of our process we know even tiny defects in automotive parts can bring safety risks or expensive recalls. At Difon’s aluminum die-casting plant we use a multi-step inspection process that starts with raw material testing. We test every batch of received aluminum alloy for chemical makeup to make sure it hits the required standards.

During production we take random samples from each batch and use coordinate measuring machines to scan them. These machines capture over 100,000 data points per part checking that dimensions like hole spacing surface flatness and part thickness match your digital blueprint exactly. For structural strength we use X-ray inspection to find internal defects such as small holes or inclusions you can’t see with the naked eye. This matters a lot for safety-critical parts like engine mounts.

We also do mechanical tests tensile tests to measure strength hardness tests to ensure wear resistance and salt spray tests to check corrosion resistance. Every part that passes these tests gets a unique serial number. This lets us trace it back to its production date mold and alloy batch giving full transparency for your quality audits.

Besides making parts our aluminum die-casting plant works hard to support your whole automotive production cycle. We know automotive parts manufacturers often need flexible production plans to keep up with changing demand so we offer both high-volume production up to 100,000 parts a month for standard components and small batches as few as 500 parts for prototypes or custom jobs.

We also provide just-in-time delivery we keep finished parts in our warehouse and ship them to your assembly plant right when you need them. This helps you cut inventory costs and free up warehouse space. Our customer service team is available around the clock to answer questions or fix problems. You need an update on a production order or have a last-minute design change we’ll get back to you fast to keep your project moving.

We also offer support after delivery including technical help if you have questions about installing or using our parts. It’s a service many regular die-casting suppliers don’t offer.

Picking the right aluminum die-casting plant for automotive manufacturers and parts suppliers is more than just finding a part source it’s teaming up with a company that gets your industry’s special challenges and needs. At Difon Machinery Co., Ltd. we’ve designed our aluminum die-casting process around automotive needs making parts that are strong light and consistent.
